About
SachAuDHD
Helping children feel understood - one calm step at a time.
SachAuDHD was created to help children, families and professionals better understand big feelings, behaviour, autism, ADHD and emotional support in a calmer, more practical way.
The name SachAuDHD blends Sacha, the creator’s name, with AuDHD - a community term often used by people who are both autistic and have ADHD.
Sacha also has a personal diagnosis of ADHD, bringing lived experience alongside professional knowledge and a real understanding of why practical, supportive resources matter.

Behaviour is communication.
-
Children do well when they feel safe and understood.

Emotional support should feel calm, not overwhelming.

Who SachAuDHD supports
💜 Created with heart, care and real experience
SachAuDHD is being built independently with creativity, practical knowledge and lived experience.
Every activity, visual and support tool is created to help children feel calmer, safer and more understood.
This is a growing community project, and every visit, share and bit of support helps it become an even stronger space for children, families and professionals.
“When behaviour starts to make more sense, support becomes calmer, kinder and more effective.”
— Sacha-Lian, Founder of SachAuDHD
